Regional Care Group is Indiana’s largest and most comprehensive network of community-based healthcare and social services. We provide access to integrated, community-based care from early childhood through life that enhances the well-being and resilience of individuals, families and our entire communities.

Collectively represents human service nonprofits as well as state and federal social service and health care programs offering a complete continuum of care.

Regional Health Systems
Serves inclusively the mental health care and primary health care needs in Northwest Indiana–regardless of ability to pay.

Geminus Corporation
Provides social services to children and families in Indiana communities.

Lake Park Residential Care
Provides assisted living and housing to homeless and low-income adults coping with complex and severe mental health issues.

Here’s a look at how we’ve grown over the years:

1971
Tri-City formed
Tri-City Comprehensive Community Mental Health Center is incorporated.

1975
Southlake formed
Southlake Center for Mental Health is incorporated.

1992
Geminus formed
Southlake-Tri-City Management Corporation, dba Geminus, is incorporated.

1997
Head Start grant acquired
Geminus acquires Head Start grant.

2007
Lake Park Residential Care formed
Southlake/Tri-City RBA corporation, dba Lake Park Residential Care, is incorporated.

2009
Southlake merges with Tri-City
Southlake and Tri-City merge to form Regional Mental Health Center, becoming Lake Country’s largest community mental health center.

2014
Regional Health Clinic opens
Regional Mental Health Center opens the first FQHC in Indiana within a community mental health center.

2017
Regional Health Systems
Created to unite Regional Mental Health Center and Regional Health Clinic.

2021
Regional Care Group created
Regional Care Group created to unify Regional Health Systems, Lake Park Residential Care and Geminus into a network collective.
